We have totally 300 sewing
machine of RIMOLDI and NECCHI (Italy) with the capacity to produce 500,000
basic T-shirts per month and 100,000 polo shirts per month (3 shifts). We
have automatic fabric laying machines and 2 sets of bank knife machine with
the capacity of 30,000 T-shirts a day. We have separate sampling department
to make patterns for cutting department and to produce approval samples time
to time, We have totally 12 supervisors to organize the production and a
team of 12 control staffs to take care of fabric mistakes, stains, flaws and
measurements before packing.
